Surgical Extraction can strip Shardless Agent or Violent Outburst from hand, library, and graveyard once one is in their graveyard, denying future cascade triggers into Living End. Orcish Bowmasters and one Mishra's Bauble come out since this is a fast, proactive combo matchup where a hard answer to their payoff matters far more than incidental value or card selection; note our own Thoughtseize is a premium way to strip their cascade spells from hand before they can cast them, so it stays in unchanged.
