Goryo's Vengeance wants to dump Atraxa or Griselbrand into the graveyard and reanimate it for a huge tempo swing; Thoughtseize strips their reanimation spell or a key piece like Psychic Frog before they can combo off. Surgical Extraction can remove their only copies of Goryo's Vengeance from hand/graveyard/library once you see one, crippling the plan. Emperor of Bones adds a proactive clock and graveyard interaction of our own. Nethergoyf and Ox of Agonas are weak against their efficient removal and disruption suite (Thoughtseize, Fatal Push), and Orcish Bowmasters is less impactful since they aren't drawing many extra cards outside Quantum Riddler/Faithful Mending.
