Devoted Combo wants to assemble Devoted Druid plus Vizier of Remedies or Agatha's Soul Cauldron for infinite mana/counters into Craterhoof Behemoth, so Force of Vigor is premium since it can destroy Agatha's Soul Cauldron and Leyline of Abundance in one card. Masked Vandal offers another creature-based answer to those same permanents while blocking early Badgermole Cub. Witherbloom Charm's mode to destroy a nonland permanent with mana value 2 or less can pick off Devoted Druid or Vizier of Remedies before the loop turns on. This is a mirror-ish matchup on speed, so we trim our slowest, least impactful pieces (Explosive Prodigy, Haywire Mite, Sylvan Safekeeper, and one Dryad Arbor for a nonland card since we're bringing in three spells and need one more source-neutral cut) to make room.
