Affinity is an artifact-based aggro/combo deck built around Mox Opal, Urza's Saga, and Kappa Cannoneer, so Nature's Claim is excellent at blowing up their key noncreature permanents like Urza's Saga at instant speed for a single mana. Dismember kills Pinnacle Emissary cleanly, since Kappa Cannoneer's Ward {4} makes it a much less efficient target. Pact of Negation is a liability since paying the delayed cost is awkward against their fast clock, so those come out for cheap, proactive interaction. Consign to Memory remains excellent maindeck since most of their artifact spells and Engineered Explosives are colorless.
