Devoted Combo wants to assemble Devoted Druid plus Vizier of Remedies or ramp into Craterhoof Behemoth, so Inquisition of Kozilek stripping Devoted Druid, Tyvar, or Green Sun's Zenith before they go off is premium. Culling Ritual blows up their entire mana-dork and low-cost enabler suite (Delighted Halfling, Devoted Druid, Birds of Paradise, Vizier of Remedies) in one sweep while ramping us. Damping Sphere makes each additional spell they cast in a turn cost {1} more, which taxes the multi-spell turns they need to chain dorks, ramp, and finishers together (it taxes us too, so sequence our own spells carefully). March of Wretched Sorrow and Fell the Profane's removal modes are often too slow or just a single target against a deck that wins with one big swing rather than attrition, so they come out for proactive hand disruption and the sweeper; Witherbloom Charm's sacrifice mode is weak when we lack good sac fodder.
