Domain Zoo is an aggressive creature deck curving Ragavan into Wild Nacatl, Territorial Kavu, and Scion of Draco, so Sheoldred's Edict forces a sacrifice that bypasses any hexproof-style protection and punishes a one-threat board. Inquisition of Kozilek strips their cheap threats (Ragavan, Wild Nacatl) before they land, which is more proactive than Witherbloom Charm's narrow mana-value-2-or-less removal mode against their curve. We're cutting Overgrown Tomb because our colorless and black-heavy spells don't need the green source as badly here and we want to keep land count stable while adding spells; note this is a one-for-one land swap concern we're avoiding by not actually reducing total lands elsewhere. Fatal Push and Dauthi Voidwalker remain excellent at trading with or racing their small creatures.
