Rakdos Delirium relies heavily on self-mill and graveyard synergy via Stitcher's Supplier, Street Wraith, and Nethergoyf's escape, plus delirium payoffs on Fear of Missing Out and Detective's Phoenix's bestow. Surgical Extraction can strip a key Stitcher's Supplier or Nethergoyf out of their deck entirely once one hits the graveyard, denying both the escape engine and delirium count. Damping Sphere slows their ability to chain multiple cheap spells in a turn, blunting their low curve aggression. Force of Despair whiffs on creatures already resolved from prior turns and Witherbloom Charm's destroy mode is too narrow against their curve topping out higher than mana value 2, so both come out for more targeted graveyard disruption.
