Consign to Memory answers triggered abilities like their Orcish Bowmasters ping or Overlord of the Balemurk's mill trigger, since it can only target a triggered ability or a colorless spell on the stack, not a permanent or a colored spell like Ephemerate, Flickerwisp, or Quantum Riddler. Erayo and Basim are too easily picked off by their removal and blink shenanigans, so we trim them for more resilient, disruptive cards.
