This is a mirror match decided by efficient interaction and tempo, so Consign to Memory is excellent, countering their Expressive Iteration, Cori-Steel Cutter activations, or removal at instant speed for a single blue mana. The extra copies of Unholy Heat give you cheap, scalable removal for their Dragon's Rage Channeler and Slickshot Show-Off that gets better as both graveyards fill. Boomerang Basics is weak here since both decks are light on standalone problematic permanents worth bouncing, and Lava Dart's damage is often too small against their bigger threats once the game goes long. Play around their Consign to Memory when casting your own key spells.
