Consign to Memory is exceptional here, functioning as a permanent removal spell against Teferi or a hard counter for Overlord of the Balemurk and Quantum Riddler on the stack. Our own Teferi, Time Raveler symmetrically locks down their Ephemerate and Flickerwisp blink synergies, turning their engine off while protecting our threats with the bounce ability. We trim the Goryo's Vengeance package since they have Thoughtseize and Consign to Memory to disrupt it pre-board and Nihil Spellbomb to attack the graveyard post-board, keeping two copies as a threat vector without overcommitting. Lean on Psychic Frog, Quantum Riddler, and Force of Negation as your primary win conditions, using Thoughtseize and Mystical Dispute to protect them through the mid-game.
