Rest in Peace shuts off their graveyard-centric plan built around Nethergoyf, Detective's Phoenix bestow, Street Wraith cycling, and Stitcher's Supplier mill, exiling their graveyard the moment it resolves. Vexing Bauble counters their free and alternate-cost spells like Flare of Malice, while also taxing Thoughtseize and other cheap spells. Consign to Memory again has very few legal targets against this creature/sorcery-dominant list, so it comes out. The rest of your removal suite (Fatal Push, Lightning Bolt) remains well-suited to answer their small, low-toughness threats.
