Esper GenericBlink leans on cheap disruption (Thoughtseize, Orcish Bowmasters) and value creatures like Flickerwisp and Overlord of the Balemurk. High Noon keeps them from chaining multiple spells in a turn, such as a rebound Ephemerate alongside another play. It also limits you to one spell per turn, so plan your turns around that. Containment Priest stops Ephemerate and Flickerwisp blink value, because a creature returned from exile enters without being cast and gets exiled instead. It also shuts off Emperor of Bones putting an exiled creature onto the battlefield. Stubborn Denial can't counter creatures, and a large part of their deck is creatures, so it is the weakest of your counterspells here. Keeping just 1 Lightning Bolt is enough removal since most of their creatures (Solitude, Flickerwisp) die to it, making the second copy an easy cut.
