Containment Priest is your best card here: it exiles Atraxa, Grand Unifier or Griselbrand the moment Goryo's Vengeance tries to put them onto the battlefield, since those creatures weren't cast. Rest in Peace exiles their graveyard outright, stopping Goryo's Vengeance from targeting anything and shutting off Psychic Frog's graveyard-exile ability and Faithful Mending's flashback. Consign to Memory has few good targets against their mostly-colored permanents and spells, so trim it along with a Stubborn Denial, which struggles to catch their big-mana Atraxa/Griselbrand plan since those aren't noncreature spells anyway. Prioritize deploying Containment Priest proactively on their turn before they attempt the Goryo's Vengeance reanimation.
