Amulet Titan wants to chain Arboreal Grazer and Amulet of Vigor into an explosive Primeval Titan or Scapeshift turn, and Pest Control answers Arboreal Grazer and Amulet of Vigor outright at mana value 1 or less before the engine gets going. Wrath of the Skies can scale up later to catch Primeval Titan or Cultivator Colossus if the game goes long, though your priority is disrupting them before they hit critical mass. Heartless Summoning doesn't meaningfully slow a deck whose threats come from lands rather than cheap creatures, so it and Momentum Breaker, which has no good sacrifice target early, make room. Hold Thoughtseize for Scapeshift or Primeval Titan and use Fatal Push proactively on Arboreal Grazer to deny the extra land drop.
