This matchup is decided by Rest in Peace: it exiles all graveyards on entry and keeps exiling from then on, completely turning off Goryo's Vengeance's reanimation of Atraxa or Griselbrand and shutting down their Faithful Mending flashback. Land it proactively, ideally before they can Goryo's Vengeance in response, since once it resolves their whole combo plan is dead. Emperor of Bones adds a second layer of graveyard hate and can exile their discarded reanimation targets before they ever get value. Teferi is weaker here since it doesn't stop the instant-speed Goryo's Vengeance plan, so it and some lands make room; keep Thoughtseize and countermagic priorities on stripping their Goryo's Vengeance or Atraxa before they can go off.
