Living End is a suspend-based combo deck that wants to cycle and discard creatures (like Street Wraith, Generous Ent, and Oliphaunt) to fill the graveyard, then cast Living End via cascade spells like Shardless Agent to reanimate its whole creature suite for free. Rest in Peace is an auto-win piece here — it exiles their graveyard on entry and stops Living End from ever functioning, since without creatures in the graveyard the suspended sorcery does nothing. Consign to Memory backs this up by countering triggered abilities like cascade triggers or Endurance's entry effect. Ephemerate and Heartless Summoning don't interact with their combo plan and are taken out.
