Neobrand aims to chain Summoner's Pact and Allosaurus Rider into Neoform or Eldritch Evolution for a fast Griselbrand or Ureni, the Song Unending, so Emperor of Bones lets you proactively exile a key creature from their hand-discard patterns or graveyard before it can be a Neoform target, while also giving you a body to race with. Pest Control clears away any cheap enablers at mana value 1 or less they commit early. Keep Thoughtseize and Solitude prioritized on stripping or answering Allosaurus Rider and Griselbrand specifically, since those are the cards that let their combo turns happen; Momentum Breaker and extra fetches are trimmed since this matchup is a race decided by disruption, not board state.
