Haywire Mite is already in your maindeck as a single copy, so this plan adds Masked Vandal as a second cheap artifact answer. Its targets are Expedition Map, Talisman of Resilience, Giant's Boulder and especially Trinisphere. Karn, the Great Creator is a planeswalker, so Masked Vandal can't hit it. Masked Vandal exiles a target artifact or enchantment an opponent controls on the battlefield, and you need to exile a creature card from your own graveyard to get that effect, so don't expect it on an empty graveyard. Eldrazi Tron wants to ramp into Ulamog and Devourer of Destiny off their colorless mana lands, so proactive artifact disruption and fast clocks matter more than reactive removal, and they don't play much outside Dismember and Kozilek's Command. Young Wolf is low-impact against their big, hard-to-interact-with threats, so trimming one for a more flexible body that can also hit their mana rocks is reasonable. Keep your engine pieces like Birthing Ritual and Chord of Calling to pressure them before they assemble their lock pieces like Trinisphere.
