Endurance is the single best card against Living End: it can be evoked for free on their end step to put their graveyard on the bottom of their library right as Living End tries to resolve, stripping away the creatures they intend to cycle back in, or held as a real 3/4 flash blocker. Thoughtseize proactively strips their Living End before they can suspend it or Violent Outburst before they can cast it, buying crucial tempo. Abhorrent Oculus requires exiling six cards from your own graveyard as an additional cost, which is often unrealistic on a fast clock, and Living End decks race quickly enough that a slow 3-mana creature is a liability.
