Neobrand is a fast combo deck aiming to chain Summoner's Pact and Eldritch Evolution/Neoform into Allosaurus Rider and a reanimation-style kill, so disruption speed matters more than raw power. Force of Vigor stays in the sideboard: they run very few artifacts or enchantments, so it has almost no valid targets. Guerrilla Gorilla similarly has no real target here since they play essentially no noncreature artifacts/enchantments to sacrifice into. Given the lack of good silver bullets, the best plan is simply to keep your build as close to the maindeck configuration as possible and race, trimming only the weakest one-ofs like Formidable Speaker, Strangleroot Geist, and Dryad Arbor for slightly more consistent, cheap green threats.
