Dimir Terror relies heavily on blue spells, so Pyroblast counters or destroys most of their key threats, most importantly Tolarian Terror on the stack before its Ward ability makes it harder to answer after their Thought Scour and Mental Note setup. Extract a Confession punishes their Gurmag Angler or Sneaky Snacker (which returns itself from the graveyard on their third draw) since an edict doesn't care about combat stats. Graveyard hate like Nihil Spellbomb is already in the mainboard and remains relevant against their self-mill plan, and it also stops Sneaky Snacker by exiling it from the graveyard so it cannot return to the battlefield. Keep pressuring early since their removal (Snuff Out, Agony Warp) is efficient but limited in quantity, and trim the slowest value artifacts for the blast package.
