Bogles relies on hexproof creatures (Slippery Bogle, Gladecover Scout, Silhana Ledgewalker) carrying Auras like Rancor, Ethereal Armor, and Armadillo Cloak, so your targeted removal cannot touch the creatures once they are on the battlefield. Vandalblast stays in the sideboard: it only destroys artifacts, and Bogles has none, since the Auras and Abundant Growth are enchantments. Red Elemental Blast is worth bringing in for one specific job. Slippery Bogle costs {G/U}, so it is a blue spell, and Red Elemental Blast can counter it on the stack, where hexproof does not apply. Its destroy mode cannot hit a Bogle on the battlefield, so treat it as a counterspell only, and don't expect it to answer the rest of their deck. Electrickery is the better answer to the hexproof creatures. Overloaded, it does not target, so it deals 1 damage to each creature you don't control and can sweep up early 1/1 Bogles, Scouts, and Ledgewalkers before Auras make them bigger. Cast it on the turn after they commit a creature and before it picks up an Aura, since each Aura raises toughness. Dispatch is mostly dead in this matchup: it only taps a target creature, and the hexproof creatures cannot be targeted, so it is cut for the sideboard cards above, leaving one copy for a non-hexproof Warrior token from Cartouche of Solidarity. Without a way to answer their creatures outright, lean on Lightning Bolt and Galvanic Blast to race, since they can still go to the player's face, and keep Prismatic Strands in your deck to blunt a big attack by naming green.
