Dust to Dust is brought in to exile two of Tron's many artifacts at once, such as Barrels of Blasting Jelly, Giant's Boulder, Bonder's Ornament or Expedition Map. It needs two targets, but their artifact-heavy build usually provides them, so it can be a clean two-for-one. Navigator's Compass gains 3 life to offset their big threats while we race. Red Elemental Blast stays out. Its only target in the Tron maindeck is Plunder the Trollshaws, a card-draw spell, and it can't touch the green Nyxborn Hydra and Bramble Wurm or the colorless Writhing Chrysalis. Pursue the Past is cut because this matchup is a race against a ramp deck assembling the Urza lands, and card filtering is too slow. Prismatic Strands is cut because it only stops damage from sources of one chosen color, which is awkward against a mix of green and colorless threats like Bramble Wurm and Writhing Chrysalis.
