Dimir Terror is another all-blue-black deck, so Red Elemental Blast is again a premium answer to their Counterspell, Brainstorm, or a cost-reduced Tolarian Terror. Thraben Charm provides instant-speed graveyard exile to disrupt their Tolarian Terror cost reduction, Gurmag Angler delve, and Sneaky Snacker recursion. Trim Pursue the Past and Faithless Looting since you want to hold up interaction rather than fill your graveyard in a matchup that's about tempo and answering their threats. Journey to Nowhere remains your best answer to a resolved Tolarian Terror or Gurmag Angler.
