Rakdos Madness Burn pressures your life total quickly with Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Fiery Temper (madness, cast from exile so it dodges graveyard hate), and Alms of the Vein, so Prismatic Strands is vital to blank entire turns of damage. Red Elemental Blast is dead here since it only affects blue spells/permanents and this opponent plays neither, so leave it in the board — this is a naming error to avoid. Counterspell is too slow against their efficient burn suite, so trim it for the extra Prismatic Strands copies, and The Modern Age doesn't impact the race fast enough.
