Ruby Storm is a mono-red/Gruul ritual-based combo deck, so Red Elemental Blast stays in the sideboard: its counter mode only hits blue spells and its destroy mode only hits blue permanents, and their main deck is all red, green, or colorless, so it has no targets. Instead we bring in a single Electrickery, which overloads for {1}{R} to deal 1 damage to each creature they control. That kills Thornscape Familiar (2/1) and any Eldrazi Spawn tokens from Glimpse the Impossible, but it does not kill Goblin Anarchomancer (2/2), so save Lightning Bolt for that one. One Writhing Chrysalis comes out to make room, since it is too slow against a deck that can combo off by turn 3-4. Prioritize killing Goblin Anarchomancer and Thornscape Familiar on sight, since both make their red spells cheaper and speed up the combo. Race aggressively with our low curve, since once they resolve a big Electric Revelation or storm payoff turn, we likely cannot stop it.
