Dimir Terror relies heavily on the graveyard: Tolarian Terror gets cheaper for every instant/sorcery in the yard, and Gurmag Angler pays for itself with delve, so Relic of Progenitus is excellent โ exile it to exile all graveyards and strand their Terror at a hefty {6}{U} or deny Gurmag Angler's delve fuel entirely. Arms of Hadar can clean up their early Sneaky Snacker (2/1) before it starts recurring itself from the graveyard on a third-card draw. Cut the ninjutsu-adjacent Sewer-veillance Cam and Extract a Confession, which are too narrow here, along with one Agony Warp since their creature base is mostly big graveyard-fueled bodies that a combined -3/-3 won't fully answer. Time your Relic activation for when it maximally denies their Terror/Angler, not just on reflex, since they can rebuild graveyard fuel with Thought Scour and Mental Note.
