Mono-Blue Faeries doesn't run traditional artifacts, but Moon-Circuit Hacker is an Enchantment Creature, giving Annul a legal target in their maindeck ninja package, while Steel Sabotage still has no legal artifact targets maindeck and is a speculative slot at best. The better adjustment is bringing in Annul for Moon-Circuit Hacker while trimming Spell Pierce (they run their own Counterspell and can play around a 2-mana tax) and Abandon Attachments (too slow against their aggressive Ninja/Faerie tempo shell) for tighter card selection. Our Snuff Out and Counterspell remain the core answers to Ninja of the Deep Hours and Spellstutter Sprite while we race with Tolarian Terror.
