Rakdos Madness Burn is a red-heavy aggressive deck loaded with Lightning Bolt, Fiery Temper, and Chain Lightning, making Hydroblast and Blue Elemental Blast extremely efficient one-mana answers that can counter their burn spells or destroy Voldaren Epicure. Steel Sabotage comes in to bounce their Blood tokens, disrupting their card selection engine. Extract a Confession is weak here since it only forces a single sacrifice against a deck full of cheap, replaceable creatures, and Giant's Boulder and Bender's Waterskin are too slow against an aggressive clock. Union of the Third Path is a low-impact lifegain-adjacent card that doesn't stabilize fast enough against burn, so it comes out for more proactive answers. Keep Ephemerate and Dispatch in to protect and reuse Baleful Strix and Refurbished Familiar, which block and trade profitably against their small creatures.
