This is a mirror-style matchup against another Ephemerate value deck; Steel Sabotage counters or bounces their artifact creatures like Baleful Strix and Refurbished Familiar, disrupting their card-advantage engine. Negate answers their Counterspell or other noncreature spells to protect our tempo in the grind. Meeting of Minds is cut since both decks are trying to out-grind with card advantage and convoke is risky to overextend into Counterspell, while one Prohibit is trimmed since its mana-value-4 cap misses some of their higher-cost cards. Focus on using our own recursion (Archaeomancer, Snap, Ghostly Flicker) to out-value theirs over the long game.
