This is a mirror-ish matchup against another Ephemerate/instants-and-sorceries value deck, so a second Murmuring Mystic races their own Murmuring Mystics for Bird token generation, and extra Negate stops their Counterspell or key value spells in a counter war. Stonehorn Dignitary can buy a crucial extra turn by skipping their combat phase, which is a sharp tempo swing in a long grindy game. We trim Meeting of Minds and Sea Gate Oracle since both decks are already drowning in card selection, and Thraben Charm's damage mode is weak since their creatures (Augur of Bolas, Murmuring Mystic) have high toughness relative to our creature count. Keep Ephemerate and Ghostly Flicker at full count since recurring our own ETB engine is the core win condition here too.
