Dimir Terror shares Mono-Blue Terror's graveyard-fueled cost reduction on Tolarian Terror, plus Sneaky Snacker returns itself from the graveyard once you draw a third card in a turn, so the extra Nihil Spellbomb denies both the cost discount and Sneaky Snacker's graveyard-based return. Duress takes a Counterspell or Snuff Out before you commit a key threat, and Nausea's -1/-1 cleanly kills Sneaky Snacker (2/1) before it can loop back. Fungal Infection and Grapple with Death are cut since they're too narrow against Tolarian Terror's size, and Titan's Grave's tapped land is a real tempo cost against this tempo-oriented deck.
