Affinity's board is almost entirely artifacts, so Troublemaker Ouphe's bargained ETB exiling an artifact is a great answer to key pieces like Cryogen Relic or Utrom Monitor. Faerie Macabre's discard ability exiles up to two cards from graveyards for free at instant speed, which can disrupt Blood Fountain recursion, and it can be used only once, but it doesn't cost a land slot like Bojuka Bog. Note their artifact-land Bridges (Razortide Bridge, Goldmire Bridge, Mistvault Bridge) are indestructible, so destroy effects can't remove them, though Troublemaker Ouphe's exile still works on them. Tithing Blade underperforms since they have many small, replaceable creatures, and Snuff Out is weaker here because it can't target black creatures like Baleful Strix and Refurbished Familiar, while Cast Down handles their other creatures; we trim one copy for the artifact hate.
