Bogles relies on hexproof creatures (Slippery Bogle, Gladecover Scout, Silhana Ledgewalker) carrying Auras like Ethereal Armor and Armadillo Cloak. Those creatures have hexproof on their own, so our targeted removal like Cast Down and Galvanic Blast can never target them, with or without an Aura attached. Extract a Confession bypasses hexproof entirely since it forces a sacrifice rather than targeting, letting us answer their threat even when it is loaded up with enchantments. They choose which creature to sacrifice, so it is best when they have only one creature. We keep the rest of our suite because nothing in our sideboard does better: Galvanic Blast can still go to the face or hit a non-hexproof creature such as a Warrior token from Cartouche of Solidarity, and Krark-Clan Shaman damages creatures without targeting them. Racing with our go-wide artifact plan is still correct since Bogles has almost no interaction against a flooded board.
