Affinity's threats are mostly fliers with 2-3 toughness: the artifact creatures Refurbished Familiar and Utrom Monitor, plus the non-artifact Kor Skyfisher and Glint Hawk. Cut Down and Snuff Out already answer most of these well from the maindeck. Nihil Spellbomb can exile their graveyard to shut off Blood Fountain's creature-recursion ability, providing marginal incidental value and a cantrip later. We're not bringing in Vandalblast since our removal suite already handles their threats at the creature level efficiently; swapping in artifact hate wholesale isn't needed. Suffocating Fumes only deals -1/-1, which is too weak to reliably kill their better bodies like Kor Skyfisher (2/3) or Glint Hawk (2/2), so it's the easiest cut.
