Dimir Terror shares Mono-Blue Terror's core engine of Thought Scour and Mental Note filling the graveyard to cheat Tolarian Terror into play early, backed by Snuff Out and Counterspell for protection. Relic of Progenitus directly attacks that plan, exiling cards from their graveyard to keep Tolarian Terror's cost reduction from coming online and disrupting any delve-adjacent graveyard value. Temur Battle Rage and Nyxborn Hydra come out as they do not interact with their engine and are weaker against a deck holding up Counterspell and Snuff Out.
