Mono-Blue Faeries is a tempo deck full of small flying evasive threats (Faerie Miscreant, Ninja of the Deep Hours, Moon-Circuit Hacker) backed by cheap counterspells like Counterspell and Spellstutter Sprite, so Feed the Clan buys crucial time against their incremental flying damage while we assemble bigger ground threats. Temur Battle Rage is weak here since their countermagic can answer our pump target, and their small flyers mean our combat tricks rarely close games outright. Trim Sagu Wildling slightly since its flying body, while a relevant blocker, is less impactful than the life buffer Feed the Clan provides against their evasive clock. Play patiently, using removal and big bodies to eventually out-value their small creatures.
