Tron's threats like Maelstrom Colossus, Bramble Wurm, and Generous Ent have high toughness, so Breath Weapon's 2 damage would not kill them. It would also hit our own Archaeomancer and Mulldrifter, so it stays in the sideboard. Tron is full of artifacts (Expedition Map, Giant's Boulder, Barrels of Blasting Jelly, Bonder's Ornament, Pinnacle Kill-Ship, Maelstrom Colossus), which makes Dust to Dust a good fit: it exiles two of them for three mana, either disrupting their mana development or removing a big threat. We bring it in for Ride's End, which is clunky at five mana unless the target is tapped, and we already have Skred and Counterspell for interaction. The core plan is to use Counterspell on their expensive threats and key spells like Unfathomable Truths before Tron assembles. Dispel is much narrower here, since it only hits their instants (Unfathomable Truths, Crop Rotation, Breath Weapon). Race with Mulldrifter and Murmuring Mystic card advantage, and keep the rest of the maindeck largely intact.
