Dimir Terror shares Mono-Blue Terror's graveyard-fueled Tolarian Terror plan and adds Sneaky Snacker, which returns itself from the graveyard once you draw a third card in a turn, and Gurmag Angler, which delves cards out of the graveyard to cast cheaply. Faerie Macabre and Nihil Spellbomb are premium here, cutting off the cost reduction on Tolarian Terror and denying Gurmag Angler's delve fuel and Sneaky Snacker's return trigger. Tragic Slip is a cheap answer to an early Sneaky Snacker or Faerie-style blocker. Rite of Consumption, a Sadistic Glee, and one Unearth come out since this matchup rewards graveyard disruption and efficient removal over grindy value.
