Bogles is almost entirely hexproof creatures (Slippery Bogle, Gladecover Scout, Silhana Ledgewalker) wearing auras, but hexproof only protects them once they're on the battlefield as creatures — their creature spells can still be countered on the stack before hexproof ever applies. Our targeted removal for creatures already in play is largely irrelevant, and none of our sideboard cards touch their green/white aura package. Steel Sabotage and Hydroblast are dead since Bogles casts no artifact or red spells (and Hydroblast gets no help from Slippery Bogle either: on the battlefield the Bogle has hexproof, so the destroy mode can't target it, and as a spell on the stack it isn't red, so the counter mode won't counter it). Our best avenue is simply racing with our own evasive clock and using Counterspell on their key enchantments like Ancestral Mask or Armadillo Cloak, or on their hexproof creatures themselves before they resolve, since it's our only interaction that matters. No swaps are worth making.
