Ruby Storm's entire plan collapses without Seize the Storm resolving, so countering that sorcery or any of its key ritual/draw spells (Desperate Ritual, Seething Song, Manamorphose, Reckless Impulse) on the stack is the best use of sideboard slots. Envelop stops Seize the Storm, Big Score, Electric Revelation, Reckless Impulse, and Wrenn's Resolve outright, while Dispel answers Desperate Ritual, Seething Song, and Manamorphose. Essence Flux and Snaremaster Sprite do little against a deck racing to one explosive turn, so they're cut for more disruption. Keep Counterspell and Spellstutter Sprite in, since they remain some of the best interaction against the combo turn.
