Tron plays numerous artifacts (Expedition Map, Giant's Boulder, Bonder's Ornament, Pinnacle Kill-Ship, Boulderbranch Golem) so Steel Sabotage and Annul have excellent targets, letting you counter an Expedition Map or Giant's Boulder to slow their ramp, or bounce a resolved Pinnacle Kill-Ship. Blue Elemental Blast and Hydroblast have no targets since Tron plays no red spells or permanents. Deem Inferior is weak against their huge Maelstrom Colossus and Bramble Wurm bodies since tucking only one card doesn't stop a 7/7 or a cascade trigger that's already happened, so it comes out in favor of proactive artifact disruption. Prioritize countering their land-based artifacts and big threats before they hit critical mass mana.
