Dimir Terror is entirely blue-black, so Red Elemental Blast is excellent — destroy a resolved Tolarian Terror or Sneaky Snacker, or counter their Counterspell to force through your own burn. Relic of Progenitus is key here: Tolarian Terror gets cheaper for every instant/sorcery in their graveyard from Thought Scour and Mental Note, and Gurmag Angler needs graveyard cards for delve, so exiling graveyard cards directly taxes their ability to cast their two biggest threats cheaply. Their removal suite (Snuff Out, Agony Warp) can pick off your small creatures, so lean into direct burn to the face and hold Red Elemental Blast for their Counterspell. Cut the grindier Sazacap's Brew, Highway Robbery, and excess Fireblast copies since this matchup rewards proactive disruption of their card-selection engine over slow value.
