Gruul Ponza ramps with Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl into land destruction (Mwonvuli Acid-Moss, Thermokarst) and big threats like Annoyed Altisaur and Avenging Hunter, so cheap removal for their mana dorks and speed matter most. Searing Blaze kills Arbor Elf (1/1) or an Eldrazi Spawn token (0/1) while burning the opponent, especially strong with landfall for the 3-and-3 split. Relic of Progenitus is a cheap proactive artifact that can exile their graveyard to deny Malevolent Rumble value and blunt Bramble Wurm's graveyard life-gain ability. Cut slow card draw and a Fireblast for this package since we want to pressure their mana and race before Annoyed Altisaur's cascade generates more value.
