Dimir Terror is another graveyard-density deck built around Thought Scour, Mental Note, and Brainstorm feeding Tolarian Terror, and Relic of Progenitus both slows their mill engine turn over turn and can blank Tolarian Terror's cost reduction entirely when cracked. Red Elemental Blast covers their blue spells directly, countering a Counterspell, Brainstorm, or Agony Warp, or destroying a resolved Tolarian Terror or Sneaky Snacker's flying body, while mono-black removal like Snuff Out goes untouched by it. We cut Chain Lightning and Inventor's Axe since disrupting their card selection and graveyard engine is more valuable than extra burn or equipment in this grindy matchup.
