Spy Combo wants to dump its graveyard via Balustrade Spy and Dread Return to reanimate large threats like Troll of Khazad-dum or Lotleth Giant, and leans on mana ramp from Overgrown Battlement, Wall of Roots, and Saruli Caretaker to power out Generous Ent and Sagu Wildling. Dust to Dust stays on the bench: their only artifacts are Lotus Petal and the occasional Food token, so it rarely has two worthwhile targets. Hinterland Sanctifier gains incremental life to offset the damage from Lotleth Giant's Undergrowth trigger, which hits harder the more creature cards Balustrade Spy and friends have put into their graveyard, helping you survive to our late-game swarm. Cut the clunkier Halo Hopper, which is too slow against a deck full of 0/X and X/4+ walls. Keep Thraben Charm in, since its graveyard-exile mode directly blunts Balustrade Spy and Dread Return, and keep Icatian Javelineers, whose ping can pick off 1/1 mana creatures like Elves of Deep Shadow and Quirion Ranger.
