Duress is critical for stripping Crypt Rats, Defile, and key removal spells before they can wreck your small-creature board — their Defile in particular scales dangerously with their swamp count. Nihil Spellbomb disrupts Witch's Cottage loops and prevents Troll of Khazad-dum from cycling back in, while also drawing a card if their graveyard isn't worth exiling immediately. Prismatic Strands is nearly dead here since they're killing your creatures with targeted removal and mass effects rather than attacking, and Suffocating Fumes rarely lines up profitably — it can hurt your own board while only incidentally clearing 0/1 plant tokens. Focus on pressuring through your flying creatures while using Cast Down and Duress to keep Crypt Rats off the battlefield.
