Mono-Blue Faeries is entirely blue, making Red Elemental Blast excellent: it counters Counterspell or Spellstutter Sprite, or destroys any resolved blue creature like Delver-adjacent threats or Ninja of the Deep Hours. Their deck is full of small flying tempo creatures, so removing key blockers or attackers with the destroy mode swings races. Alms of the Vein comes out since it doesn't meaningfully interact with their evasive tempo plan. Keep our burn spells ready to remove Faerie Seer, Moon-Circuit Hacker, and Spellstutter Sprite before they can protect bigger threats or generate card advantage through combat damage.
