Cut End the Festivities, which is dead against their creature types, and trim Reckless Impulse, which is too slow and vulnerable to countermagic in a race where you need to keep mana up or deploy threats at instant speed. Your primary game plan is to flood the board early with Burning-Tree Emissary chains and Goblin Bushwhacker, winning before their Tolarian Terrors become reliably castable, and use your anti-blue instants to punch through their counters on your most important spells.
