Gruul Ramp wants to ramp into large threats like Avenging Hunter and Bramble-style Eldrazi tokens and then attack with Temur Battle Rage for a big alpha strike, so life gain from Healer of the Glade buys time against their eventual haymakers. A fourth Masked Vandal gives more chances to exile problematic artifacts they might run, though their list is mostly creature-based so this is a minor upgrade. Gatecreeper Vine's defender body is fine on defense but the search is largely redundant with our other land-finding spells like Land Grant and Winding Way, so we trim it for more proactive life gain.
